Everything a contracting officer needs.

The entity record as SAM carries it, the three award paths that require no vehicle, how an order is paid, and a plain list of what we do not hold.

Codes and set-aside

How a determination reads us.

SDVOSB and VOSB, SBA VetCert certified. Both statuses are carried on the SAM entity record — the field a set-aside determination actually reads. No other socioeconomic designation is held or claimed.

Both lines of business run under this one registration. The codes below are every NAICS and every PSC on the SAM entity record.

Codes

Eleven NAICS and seventeen PSC.

Published in full rather than filtered to the ones with bids behind them. A code on the entity record that is missing from the website is a discrepancy a contracting officer has to resolve.

NAICS

  • 332992 — Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing
  • 332994 — Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing
  • 423910 — Sporting and Recreational Goods and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers
  • 518210 — Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services
  • 541511 — Custom Computer Programming Services
  • 541512 — Computer Systems Design Services
  • 541519 — Other Computer Related Services
  • 541611 — Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services
  • 541618 — Other Management Consulting Services
  • 541990 — All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
  • 561990 — All Other Support Services

PSC

  • 1005 — Guns, through 30mm
  • 1010 — Guns, over 30mm up to 75mm
  • 1015 — Guns, 75mm through 125mm
  • 1095 — Miscellaneous weapons
  • DA01 · DA10 · DB01 · DC01 · DD01 · DE01 · DF01 · DG01 · DH01 · DJ01 · DJ10 — the IT and telecom services family
  • R408 — Program management support
  • R499 — Other professional support

Two of the NAICS codes above are manufacturing codes, and Northmark does not manufacture. Federal supply solicitations for small arms and ammunition are coded 332992 and 332994, so a dealer who wants to quote them registers under them. On a set-aside supply buy Northmark is the dealer and the nonmanufacturer rule applies. What that means for a quote →

The SAM record also carries the Manufacturer of Goods business type against those codes. Read it as the registration category the codes sit in, not as a capability claim: Northmark has never manufactured an item and does not offer to.

Northmark has quoted requirements under PSC 1005 and 1095. It has never quoted one under 1010 or 1015; those codes are on the record and are published because the record carries them.

Award paths

Northmark holds no contract vehicles.

No GSA Multiple Award Schedule, no GWAC, no agency indefinite-delivery contract, no basic ordering agreement. There is nothing to look up and no contract number to give you. Three paths remain open, and they carry an equipment order as readily as a services scope.

01

Open-market award under simplified acquisition procedures

Any active SAM registrant is eligible. FAR Part 13 procedures, competition among a small number of quotes, and socioeconomic set-aside rules applying exactly as they would on a schedule buy. What a contracting officer needs from us: UEI, CAGE, active SAM registration, set-aside eligibility, and a quote.

02

An agency blanket purchase agreement

A BPA established through open-market competition does not require a pre-existing vehicle. Northmark holds no BPA today; this is the path most likely to reach a firm at our stage, and the one that suits a recurring equipment requirement.

03

Subcontractor or named key personnel

A defined portion of scope under a holder's contract, or a named individual in a role performed personally. Technical scope is written before the teaming agreement; role, hours and reporting line are agreed before a name goes into anyone's document.

Ordering and payment

How a buyer actually pays us.

Four methods, all of them available on an equipment order and the first three on a services award. No pricing is published: a quote is built against the item, the quantity and the delivery date in the requirement.

Direct quote request

Send the requirement — item and quantity, or scope — with a solicitation number, if one exists. A quote comes back with the source position on every line, and a call the same business day if anything in it needs a decision.

Government purchase card

Accepted for orders within the micro-purchase threshold. The card is charged when the order ships, not when it is placed.

Purchase order on NET 30

Standard NET 30 terms against a purchase order from a federal, state or local agency. Invoicing through whichever system the award directs.

Blanket purchase agreement

For a recurring requirement, a BPA established through open-market competition, with calls placed against it as needed. Northmark holds none today.

Vehicle status

Where each vehicle stands, and why none is being chased.

Every vehicle worth holding scores the offeror's own completed project experience. Northmark has none yet. Until a first task order is complete, an application spends money on a door that does not open — so none is in progress, and none is described as a pursuit.

VehicleStatusWhy
GSA Multiple Award Schedule Not held. No offer submitted. An offer requires the offeror's own relevant project experience; we have no completed contract in this lane.
NITAAC CIO-SP4 Not held. Closed to new entrants absent an on-ramp. Corporate experience and process certifications carry scoring weight; Northmark holds neither.
GSA VETS 2 Not held. On-ramps open at the government's discretion. The socioeconomic gate matches exactly, but the timing is not ours — so it is watched rather than worked.
Agency BPA Not held. Awardable without a prior vehicle. Established through open-market competition against an active SAM registration. The path that reaches us today.

Boundaries

No past performance, no vehicle, no ATO, no bench.

Stated here so that it is never a surprise later.

Entity start date 2026-02-22. The company is months old, and a lookup shows it.

No company past performance. No prime contract, subcontract, task order or CPARS in Northmark's own name. Every engagement on the experience page was performed by our founder at a prior employer.

No ATO, ever. No FedRAMP, CMMC or RMF authorization at any level. On a requirement that needs one, authorization belongs to a partner and Northmark is the architect underneath, not the offeror on the front page.

No facility clearance. Northmark has never operated in a classified environment. Jeff Kimble held a Secret clearance in prior government work; it is not currently active, and reinstatement is a sponsor's decision.

No staff under agreement and no teaming partner secured. No partner goes into a response until the requirement is defined and the partner has agreed.

No health-IT conformance work. No FHIR delivery, no CHPL listing, nothing performed under 45 CFR 170.

No contract vehicles. No GSA MAS, no GWAC, no agency IDIQ.

A dealer, not a manufacturer. Northmark supplies equipment as a licensed dealer and holds an ATF FFL Type 07 and SOT Class 2. It does not manufacture, and on a set-aside supply buy the nonmanufacturer rule applies to every line it quotes. It holds no software publisher agreement and does not resell software licences or renewals.

No sustainment bench. No O&M desk, no help desk, no installation trades.

No export. No ITAR or DDTC registration is held or claimed, and no export sale has been performed.
