What we quote
Four categories, and the codes each one is bought under.
No catalog and no published pricing. A quote is built against the item, the quantity and the delivery date in the solicitation, because that is what determines whether it can be supplied at all.
Small arms and weapon accessories
Pistols, rifles, carbines and shotguns, together with the accessories bought against the same requirement: magazines, slings, mounts, suppressors and weapon lights. Configured to the specification in the solicitation.

Ammunition
Duty, training and specialty ammunition through 30mm, quoted by lot where the requirement calls for lot consistency. Ammunition is the category where channel stock moves fastest, and it is the one the verification below exists for.

Optics and aiming devices
Day optics, magnifiers, red-dot and prism sights, and the mounting hardware specified with them. Where a solicitation names a brand and part number, the quote answers that part number or says it cannot.

Protective and individual equipment
Body armour and plates, helmets, hearing and eye protection, load-bearing equipment and range consumables. Sized and issued against a unit roster where the order calls for it.

The entity record carries PSC 1010 and 1015 — guns above 30mm. Those codes are on the SAM registration and they are published on the contracting page because that is what the record says. Northmark has not quoted a requirement in either one. What it quotes today is small arms, ammunition through 30mm, and the equipment issued alongside them.
Supply verification
A price without a source check is a guess.
The difference between a quote that holds and a quote that is handed back after award is whether anyone confirmed the units existed, and kept confirming it.
Northmark quotes through an authorized dealer network across multiple national distributors. The distributors are not named here: on a requirement where the deciding factor is which channel still holds units, naming the channel hands it to the next bidder.
- Verified at quote. Source, quantity available and the date checked are recorded at the moment the price is set, against the specific part number quoted.
- Hold requested for the evaluation window. Where the distributor will place one, stock is held against the quote for the period the solicitation says evaluation will take.
- Re-verified while the award pends. Availability is checked again on a cadence between submission and award, not once at the start.
- A drained channel is reported the day it is seen. If stock disappears between quote and award, the contracting officer hears what is still available and what it costs, rather than hearing it at delivery.
The rule that decides most set-aside supply buys
The nonmanufacturer rule, and what it means for a quote from us.
On a small-business set-aside supply contract, a firm that does not manufacture the item may still supply it — but only under the nonmanufacturer rule, which requires that the supplier not exceed 500 employees, be primarily engaged in retail or wholesale trade, take ownership or possession of the item, and supply the end product of a small-business manufacturer made in the United States, unless the contracting officer has a waiver.
Northmark is the dealer on those buys, never the manufacturer, so the rule applies to every one of them. The practical consequence is that a requirement can be perfectly within our licences, our codes and our set-aside status and still be unsupplyable, because the item the solicitation names is made by a large manufacturer and no waiver is in place.
You hear that on the first call. Northmark checks the manufacturer's size status against the item specified before it quotes, and says which of the three answers applies: it can be supplied under the rule, it needs a waiver the contracting officer would have to seek, or it cannot be supplied by us at all.
One case comes up often enough to state on its own: the class waiver covering small-arms ammunition under NAICS 332992 was terminated in 2003. On an ammunition set-aside coded that way, the small-business-manufacturer question is usually the entire answer.
Licences and limits
What is held, and what is not claimed.
ATF Federal Firearms License Type 07 and SOT Class 2, held by Northmark Enterprises LLC. Current, and a copy goes to a contracting officer on request. The licence numbers are not published here; they are on the copy.
Northmark does not manufacture. It configures, assembles from catalog components, transfers and supplies. No quote from Northmark is an offer to manufacture, and no requirement is answered on the basis that a licence would permit it.
No distributor is named and none is exclusive. Northmark holds dealer accounts, not a manufacturer's distribution agreement. Where a manufacturer relationship is ever put in writing and matters to a requirement, it will be named against that requirement.
No completed federal award in this line. Northmark has quoted federal supply requirements and has no completed contract to point at. The experience page says exactly what the company has performed and what its founder performed elsewhere.
No export. Northmark has not performed an export sale and claims no ITAR or DDTC registration. Requirements with an export component are turned down.
Nothing consumer-facing here. This is the federal supply line. Individual transfers, retail pricing and catalog sales are a different business and are not offered on this site.
