Two lines of business, one registration.
Northmark supplies defense equipment to federal buyers and delivers technology and program consulting to federal and state programs. The same UEI, the same set-aside status, and the same principal answers for both.
Defense products and equipment
Small arms, ammunition, optics, protective and individual equipment, quoted to federal buyers through an authorized dealer network across multiple national distributors. Northmark holds an ATF Federal Firearms License Type 07 and SOT Class 2 and supplies as a dealer.
Sources are verified with a date and a quantity at the moment the price is set, and again while the award pends.
What we quote, and how → 02Technology and program consulting
Modernizing a system a program has outgrown, getting an AI or analytics capability into a state a reviewer can audit, program and acquisition support, and technology governance for an oversight obligation that outgrew its team.
Performed by the principal named on the response, on the record built at the U.S. Department of State, California DHCS and elsewhere.
The four services →Why one company holds both
Neither line was bolted on to widen a search result.
The products line
Northmark is a licensed firearms dealer whose owner is a service-disabled veteran, which is the combination a small-arms set-aside is written for. Federal supply solicitations for weapons and ammunition are a standing, coded, competed market, and a dealer with an active registration and the set-aside status can quote into it directly. That is a supply business, and it is run as one.
The consulting line
Jeff Kimble spent fifteen years designing and overseeing delivery on federal, state health and regulated commercial programs, at Guidehouse and before it. That work is a person's record, not the company's, and every engagement on the experience page names the firm it was delivered under. Northmark is how that work is contracted for directly.
The two lines do not share a supply chain, a delivery team or a market. What they share is one SAM registration, one set-aside determination, and one person who answers the phone for both. A buyer who needs only one of them is not asked to care about the other.
Both at once
Supply the equipment and stand up the program that receives it.
Some requirements are one order and one program. A unit fields new equipment and the property, training and sustainment records that go with it have to exist somewhere other than a spreadsheet.
Northmark can quote the equipment and, under the same registration, do the architecture and governance work on the system that accounts for it. The two are scoped, priced and awarded separately, on separate line items, so a contracting officer can take one and leave the other.
- One UEI, one CAGE, one set-aside determination for both lines.
- Separate line items and separate pricing, so neither subsidises the other.
- The equipment ships against a purchase order; the consulting runs on its own scope.
- Northmark has not yet performed a combined award. Where a requirement needs both at a size beyond one person and a distributor network, that is said before the quote, not after.
Common to both
What a buyer gets either way.
One accountable person
At the size of award Northmark bids, the person who scopes and quotes the work is the person who performs it. There is no bench between them.
Gaps named before the proposal
The parts of a requirement Northmark cannot perform, or an item it cannot source, are written down and handed over before anything is proposed.
Boundaries published
No contract vehicle, no company past performance, no ATO, no manufacturing. All of it, in one place →
Describe the requirement.
An item and a quantity, or a program that has stopped moving. Either reaches the same number.
