Delivered the 30-year technology vision and roadmap on a Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom development), with REST API integrations across multiple authority systems. Direct management of three senior developers and a technical architect; responsible for code review standards, CI/CD governance, and technical documentation.

Oversight of 11 critical enterprise applications under the governance framework, operating inside HIPAA and state compliance frameworks. Supported implementation of AI governance within the broader IT governance model, coordinating across state employees, IT leadership, compliance, and the executive steering committee.
