Jeff Kimble is the founder of Northmark Enterprises and a federal technology architect with fifteen years inside the firms that primes trust. His delivery footprint spans municipal agencies, multi-state grant platforms, state health and transportation systems, and federal programs including FEMA and CDC. At Deloitte Digital, he grew the Salesforce Studio from a single practitioner to a fifty-person organization generating $30M in annual revenue, with technical leadership on the practice’s largest deal ($35M). At Magnet 360, he scaled a global solution architecture team to thirty-plus practitioners across three continents, producing over $50M in consulting revenue. At Guidehouse, he leads West-region technology delivery and vendor partnerships across Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and emerging AI platforms — including current programs at the California High-Speed Rail Authority and the California Department of Health Care Services.

What changed is what Jeff builds now. Alongside enterprise delivery, he designs and deploys cognitive architectures — agentic AI systems, graph-based knowledge reasoning, and machine learning pipelines — for the kinds of regulated, high-stakes environments where failure has real consequences. His internal RFP capture system (the one powering Northmark’s own pipeline) runs on LangChain, LangGraph, and a custom classification engine that processes federal procurement data daily. The academic foundation backing this work is a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence (in progress at the University of Colorado Boulder), specialized certifications in Agentic AI and Prompt Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. in International Relations from Harvard — with minors in Government and Economics.

Jeff is a veteran of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) — the Army’s oldest active-duty unit and its official ceremonial escort to the President. That background shapes how Northmark operates: disciplined execution, zero tolerance for sloppy delivery, and a visceral understanding that in government work, the mission isn’t a metaphor.

He holds active Secret and Public Trust clearances through 2028, five Salesforce certifications (continuous since 2012), and maintains an active role in Team Rubicon disaster-relief operations as a Grey Shirt — bringing the same rapid-deployment discipline to disaster response that he applies to federal technology programs.
